Uniform appointment booking

Appointments in May and June can be made directly with the School Shop at schoolshop@uppingham.co.uk or +44 1572 822211.

When booking your appointment for July onwards please take note of the following:

• Please use your child’s name (preferred name per admission documents) when booking the appointment.

• Appointments between 1st – 5thth September 2026 are reserved for overseas new starters. Please do not book these slots if you live in the UK.

• We offer a uniform naming service and uniform will be sent to boarding houses for the start of term. This is not available for appointments on Saturday 5th September.
• Please do not book more than one appointment. If you need to change your appointment, cancel the initial booking first, then rebook the new time. Duplicate bookings will be cancelled.

• Year 7 and 8 pupils are required to have completed a uniform fitting before Friday 10th July.

All uniform fittings take place in the School Shop located at 14 High Street West, LE15 9QD and will take approximately 45 minutes.

Current pupils

If you have a current pupil at the school and require uniform items, please do not book an appointment but call or email the School Shop directly and we will be pleased to assist (details below).
