As we continue on our journey through the chakras, this Valentine's Day class falls on our throat chakra lesson. Join us to deepen your most importannt relationship this Valentine's Day, the one with yourself. We will spend the class thinking about communication, and improving our self-talk. Bring a journal with you this week!
This is a welcoming, grounding yoga class designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling calmer and more centred.
The class blends gentle flow, strength, and mobility, with options offered throughout so you can move at a pace that feels right for you. Expect mindful sequencing, breath awareness, and time to properly stretch and unwind.
Suitable for all levels, whether you’re completely new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. No pressure, no performance, just space to move and breathe.
You’ll leave feeling:
- More relaxed and grounded
- Gently strengthened and stretched
- Clearer in your body and mind
I want to make sure that everyone is able to practice yoga, so have introduced "pay-what-you-can" tickets for the classes, no questions asked. Yoga mats are not provided, so please do bring your own!
