How do I access the Livestream once I have bought a ticket?

Accepted Answer

The link to the live performance will be live 24 hours prior to the event’s start time, and you will receive this via your confirmation email - if you do not have this email within 24 hours of the show starting, please email support@sortedfood.com.

Will you have polls running during the Livestream?

Accepted Answer

Yes! This will be a fully interactive event, and we'd love for you to be part of the action. We'll be running live polls throughout the show, giving you the chance to have your say and influence what happens next.

Do I need any apps/downloads to watch the Livestream?

Accepted Answer

No, you will only need to open the link sent to you - no apps or downloads are needed. You can open your private link in any browser. Links will not appear in Google Search results.

Question 5

I’ve bought a ticket but now I can’t watch the Livestream, can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

As per our Terms and Conditions, no refunds will be provided if you change your mind or can’t join the Livestream broadcast - however, the Live Shows will be available to watch ‘on demand’ until 31st August 2026.

Can I re-watch the Live show after it’s taken place?

Yes! If you can't make the show live, don't worry. Your ticket includes on-demand access until 31st August 2026, so you can watch (or re-watch!) the event whenever works best for you using the details you received when booking.

I can’t find my confirmation email or access the Livestream but I have a ticket. What should I do?

If you can't find your confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder. Livestream access details will be sent to your registered email address. If you're still having trouble, please email support@sortedfood.com and we'll be happy to help.

Yes, you can! Make sure to enter the intended recipients name and email when checking out and we'll send the ticket straight to them.
