Approximately 1 week before the course, all the course materials will be emailed

Can I book a place if I am not part of the Supportive and Assistive workforce

No sorry, this is funded for the Supportive and Assistive workforce only, and is aligned to ACCEND principles for education.

Question 3

Do I need my managers approval before booking on to the course

Accepted Answer

Yes, your manager needs to approve your study leave for all four days before you book a place .

Question 4

Can I cancel my booking myself, if I need to.

Accepted Answer

Yes, this is self managed, you can cancel from your original booking form. As the PCCP course is oversubscribed your manager will be contacted to see if the place can be filled within your Alliance to ensure equity in distribution of places.

Question 5

Can I attend part of the course, if I cannot get approval for the 4-days

Accepted Answer

No sorry, a certificate will be issued on completion of all 4 days. One day leads seamlessly into the next, so a day cannot be missed out.
