Encephalitis 2026 (in person and online event) is dedicated exclusively to encephalitis .

Please note the attendance is both in-person and virtual. Those who register will be able to watch the Conference sessions on demand for 60 days after the event.


STUDENT PLACES

The student rate is only for people who are currently enrolled in a recognised educational programme. This includes:

  • undergraduate or postgraduate students (e.g., BCc, MSc, MPH, PhD)
  • students on pre-registration professional programmes (e.g, medicine, nursing)

We reserve the right to reclassify registrations where eligibility criteria are not met and to request payment of the appropriate registration fee.

FREE LOW AND LOWER-MIDDLE INCOME COUNTRY VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON REGISTRATION PLACES

FREE virtual places are only for participants living and working in low-or lower-middle-income countries as classified by the World Bank

FREE in-person tickets for participants living and working in low-or lower-middle-income countries are available by emailing Alina Ellerington at alina@encephalitis.info

The FREE places exist to ensure fair access for participants who may not be able to pay full fees.

Please note that free places are not available for high and higher-middle income countries (please check the link above if you are not sure if you are not eligible)
