This collection of sessions are for parents & carers navigating the pre / post diagnosis of their neurodivergent child or young person, and onwards. Featuring information to encourage a positive outlook, and foster healthy wellbeing for the whole family.
Welcome to DIFFERabled
The session will begin with an introduction to DIFFERabled and any staff / volunteers on the call. We will discuss post / pre diagnosis and what this means for each of us.
Interaction is welcome at various points of the call - but there is no expectation to participate. Our aim is for those attending to be comfortable, and so video / mic are optional. We may need to confirm your identity through the private chat facility.
I am Jen Wilson - The Healing Rebel: will then guide us through a session on breath work, for improved relaxation and wellbeing (see agenda).

This session is designed for parents, families and carers of neurodivergent children and young people, with or without a formal diagnosis.
(We kindly request that professionals check our website for available professional / workplace training, this session is a safe space for families and carers only).
