I was told it is 10x more powerful than morphine 20+years ago and have asked many medics with the common answer "Probably" Therefore we are wrapping up and finishing the program on guaranteed smiles and laughter. A guided demonstration of how laughter yoga boosts positive moods, lower stress hormones and increase energy naturally. Can be healing and pattern breaking too.
