Unlock the Power of Your Transferable skills
Learn to identify and showcase your transferable skills across roles, countries, and career stages to boost your next career move.
iwibdus is proud to bring you the Workshop Unlock the Power of Your Transferable Skills led by Systemic Career & Leadership Master Coach Stephanie Grootenhuis.
Career paths are rarely linear, and for internationally experienced women building their careers in Germany, they are often shaped by new roles, industries, and cultural contexts. The good news: your skills travel with you.
This interactive workshop offers a focused introduction to identifying and articulating the transferable skills you have developed across countries, roles, and career stages and shows how to position them strategically for your next professional step.
Through real-world examples, a live demonstration, and guided hands-on practice, participants will begin mapping their individual skill set using a practical framework designed to bring clarity and structure to their experience.
The session provides a strong foundation and a tool that can be continued and refined independently beyond the workshop for applications, interviews, and professional growth.
This is a women-only workshop, if you identify as a man, we ask you to please refrain from attending it.
