Event aimed to connect people with similar experiences of encephalitis and learn more about the illness and the after-effects.
This event is for anyone who wants to listen to the experiences of people who have been directly or indirectly affected by encephalitis and learn more about the after-effects. There will be opportunities to ask questions of the speakers, connect with others with similar experiences and join us afterwards for a drinks reception.

12.00- 13.00 - light lunch
13.00 - 17.00 - 'lived' experience speakers and professional workshops
17.00- 18.00 - drinks reception

The Venue
The Old Library, Birmingham is a beautifully restored Victorian building and is the last remaining of Birmingham’s five original Free Library’s opened in 1866. The main space is a light and airy space flooded with natural daylight and full of period features including vaulted ceilings and iconic arch windows.
Venue is accessible by public transport. The train station is an approx. 15 minute walk.
