Gaza Eyewitnesses Film Screening
London Palestine Film Festival, in collaboration with Centre for Palestine Studies, presents 'Gaza Eyewitnesses'.
This screening is followed by a Q&A with Hossam Al Madhoun, theatre maker, writer and child protection specialist, chaired by Jonathan Chadwick, Director of Az Theatre.
Gaza Eyewitnesses unites diverse perspectives from people in Gaza and captures a broad spectrum of personal stories, situations, and experiences. Palestinian artists present these stories and the mix creates a broad picture of death and life, desperation and irony, horror and humanity. Rooted in Gaza and without knowing where the genocide will lead, the film stands as an everlasting testimony that must not be forgotten to the destructive forces of occupation and war, as well as of the unyielding will to survive.
Arabic with English subtitles
50 Minutes
Artists: Salwa Nakkara, Hossam Al Madhoun, Ahmad Tobasi, Aseel Farhat, Atallah Tannous, Fadwa Qamhia
Dramaturgy: Ofira Henig
Film: Aleko Gotscheff
