Just space to pause, reflect and ground into intentions that feel right. We’ll soothe the nervous system, gently reflect on what’s been, release what’s ready to be left behind, and allow sustainable intentions to emerge naturally.📅 Friday 20 March 2026 🕧 12pm–2pm January often arrives loudly. Resolutions. Expectations. A sense that you should already know where you’re heading and who you’re becoming.This Spring Equinox Reset is an invitation to do it differently.Instead of rushing forward, we’ll slow down. Instead of setting intentions from pressure, we’ll listen. Instead of forcing clarity, we’ll create the conditions for it to arrive in its own time.No presentations. No productivity plans. No expectation to share. Venue InformationOur meeting will take place in the beautiful first-floor event space, with access to drinks and toilets. Please note that there is currently no disabled access to the first-floor space.Food &amp; RefreshmentsI will provide some snacks and fruit, but please bring along whatever you would usually enjoy for lunch if you’d like to.
