⭐️Qualified Sound Therapy Practioner⭐️Mats, blankets, cushions and eye pillows provided⭐️Enjoy a herbal tea after the session⭐️Thank you gift to take home for every participant Step into a sound bath experience where you'll be surrounded by soothing sounds from various instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes.Allow the vibrations to wash over you, promoting relaxation and deep healing. It's a meditative journey where you can expect to feel a sense of calmness, inner peace, and rejuvenation as the sound waves resonate throughout your body.Most participants choose to enjoy a sound bath lying down in a comfortable position, but you are also welcome to enjoy the experience seated if preferred. A mat, cushions and blankets are provided but please bring any extra items you require to feel extra warm and cosy. We can accommodate a maximum of 6 lying down (please let me know if you prefer to be seated)Following your experience you are welcome to relax and enjoy a herbal tea. Also included is a small gift of appreciation to thank you for joining me on this sound journey. Wenlock Wellness Space is a wonderful, unique venue in the heart of beautiful Much Wenlock. On Street parking is available outside or near by in Shropshire Council Car Parks:12 Back Lane, TF136AASt Mary’s Street, TF13 6AE(There are stairs to access the space, unfortunately we are unable to provide a lift or more accessible entry)Please arrive 10mins prior to startIMPORTANT:Sound Baths are considered a low risk holistic therapy, however, it is recommended that you do not attendend a sound bath if:<ul><li>You have a severe mental health issue or suffer from serious heart conditions</li><li>You are in the first trimester of your pregnancy</li><li>You are less than 13 years old</li><li>You have a pacemaker</li><li>You suffer from sound induced epilepsy</li></ul>If in doubt, please contact me before booking.
