Panel Event - Women and Nature-based therapy and well-being businesses

Nature and Therapy is founded by Stefan Batorijis. He originally studied and worked as a Countryside Ranger, before embarking on a Psychotherapy and Counselling training with a view to taking therapy outdoors. He was probably the first person in the UK to have both a professional Nature background, be trained as a Psychotherapist and Outdoor activity leader. He has been an Associate Lecturer at Plymouth University on the Clinical Psychology Doctorate training for 20 years teaching the benefits of Nature to assist mental health recovery. He set up the Ecotherapy Project with Plymouth NHS, and since 2017 has been offering training courses in Shinrin Yoku based here in South Devon. He is passionate about everything, but specifically Yoga, Food, Being in the wilderness, Spirituality and Conscious living, Music, Film and Equality, which includes giving Nature a voice.
