Art for Wellbeing - 4 Week Group

Weekly wellbeing group for parents and carers of neurodivergent or disabled children.

This is a 4 week 'Art for Wellbeing' group running on the following dates:

Wednesday 11th March

Wednesday 18th March

Wednesday 25th March

Wednesday 1st April

Sometimes we just don't have the words to express how we are feeling or explain what is going on for us. In this group we will lean on the art materials to do the talking for us!

Leave the craft supplies at home and join this gentle creative space to connect and unwind with like‑minded parents and carers. Together, we’ll explore art materials in a nurturing and supportive small group.

You don't need to be good at art to attend. Instead, we will be exploring what is good for our wellbeing...
