Overview

Spiritual Abuse, whilst unfortunately very common is not often discussed. Join us as we explore this topic!

Spiritual Abuse, whilst unfortunately very common is not often discussed. Five years ago we started meeting regularly to have a safe space for people to talk.

Whether this will be your first event or you have been to several you are welcome to join us as we explore this topic further, based on the book 'Surviving Spiritual Abuse: Hope, Healing & Restoration for those who have experienced hurt' which was published in 2021. During the evening you will have the opportunity to:-

- Discussion on what spiritual abuse is

- Engage in a discussion question or theme

- Ask questions and share your personal experience (if you feel comfortable to do so)

- Hear more about the "ReStart Therapeutic Coaching Programme" designed to support those whose lives that impacted by spiritual abuse

The spectrum of spiritual abuse, which some people refer to as church hurt, is very wide and whilst there is a prevalence of leaders operating as 'wolves in sheeps clothing' we are reminded of the promise in Jeremiah 3:15 "And I will give you shepherds according to My heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding."

If you have been impacted, or have a desire to help and support those who have, do book your place for this timely discussion. It will take place on zoom, and registrants will receive the log on details the day before the event.

If you would like to stay up to date you can follow the social media pages on Instagram and Facebook
