Suitable For:
This course is suitable for anyone interested in supporting neurodivergent staff at work. Particularly suitable for those with little or no prior knowledge of neurodiversity.
Trainer
Aisling Gallagher (they/them) is a disabled Irish artist, coach and access consultant from Belfast, based in south east London. As an access consultant and trainer, they support organisations to become inclusive workplaces through neurodiversity training, facilitation, and access audits; empowering organisations and individuals to better understand how to work with neurodivergence, rather than against it. Aisling has worked as an employee in several subsidised theatres and sector support organisations; they’ve also worked across commercial and subsidised theatre as a director and assistant, and served a term as Vice-Chair of Equity’s Directors & Designers Committee.
