First Steps online programme

First Steps is our online programme for people recently diagnosed with Parkinson's and their family, friends and carers.

Booking information:

This event page is to book a place on group 12 commencing on Thursday 25 June, 2026.

If a family member, friend or carer will be taking part with you, you will need to select 2 places when registering.

There are 3 online sessions, with a 4- week gap between sessions 2 and 3, so please make sure that you can commit to the 3 dates in each group before booking.

Group 12

Each session runs from 6.30pm- 9pm

Session one - Thursday 25 June 2026

Session two - Thursday 2 July 2026

Session three - Thursday 30 July 2026
