Community People  and AGE UK (West Sussex, Brighton and Hove) are delighted to invite you to our Older Person’s Groups Forum.

The Cherry Tree Centre

We are pleased to announce that the next Older People Forum will be held at The Cherry Tree Centre, Fairfield Road, Burgess Hill, West Sussex RH15 8QB on Thursday 16th April between 10 AM and 12PM.This forum will focus on transport within our communities. Reliable transport continues to be one of the greatest barriers older people face. Limited access to appointments, services and social activities affects individuals daily, often leading to isolation and reduced opportunities to connect and thrive.Through this forum, we will explore what works currently, identify barriers and discuss practical solutions that can support us all in strengthening transport access across the sector.Community People and Age-UK (West Sussex, Brighton and Hove) are jointly hosting this forum.We look forward to welcoming you!For any questions regarding this and future events please contact:Emma Larkins, Age UK West Sussex Brighton &amp; Hove - emma.larkins@ageukwsbh.org.ukSasha Brown, Community People - sashab@communitypeople.org.uk
