<h3>Using the money we raised through our 2026 umbrella project, we are putting on a special workshop to help adults learn more about their Teen with ADHD!</h3> <h4>This session is aimed at carers of children with ADHD aged between 11-18.</h4>Parenting a teen with ADHD can feel overwhelming — emotions run deep, burnout is becoming more common, and daily challenges can feel big – for them and for us!In this workshop for parents of young people age 12+, we’ll explore the teen ADHD brain and think about emotional intensity, executive functioning skills, and also supporting your teen to build confidence and connection – with you and others.You’ll leave with practical strategies, compassionate insight, and a ways to stay connected — even in those difficult momentsWe welcome you to bring your teen with you, and we will have an area set up for them to hang out.You are also invited to spend some time in The HUB Cafe with 10% off food! <h4>About Shelley</h4>Shelley guides and supports parents raising ADHD/Autistic children (diagnosed or not) to better understand their brains and behaviour, and to communicate with more calm and compassion, to support their needs.Supporting nervous system regulation for the whole family increases co-regulation and connection.
