This is an educational workshop rather than group therapy. There is no expectation to share personal experiences or even contribute at all. You’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable - including joining with your camera and microphone off.

The session is suitable for adults (18+) experiencing everyday stress or overwhelm. It is not intended as crisis support, but offers a gentle introduction to practical skills that can support wellbeing, and an opportunity to explore whether further workshops or individual support may be helpful.
