Pause the noise: mindfulness for everyday life

Pause the noise: mindfulness for everyday life

Online event
Wednesday, Apr 1 from 10:30 am to 12 pm GMT+1
Overview

Busy mind? Join our free mindfulness taster and explore mindfulness from a CBT perspective.

This free workshop offers a practical introduction to mindfulness from a CBT-informed perspective. We will explore what mindfulness really is, how it supports clarity and emotional regulation, and why it is about awareness rather than emptying the mind.

You will experience a short, accessible practice and leave with a clearer understanding of how mindfulness can be applied in everyday life, particularly when things feel busy or pressured.

This is an educational workshop rather than group therapy. There is no expectation to share personal experiences, and you are welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable, including joining with your camera and microphone off.

The session is suitable for adults aged 18+ and who want to build practical wellbeing skills. No prior experience of mindfulness is needed. It offers a gentle introduction to the kinds of approaches explored in follow-on workshops or individual support.
