Autumn Wellbeing Mini Retreat
Enjoy a day of seasonal, holistic wellbeing practices to connect, recharge and reset.
Reflect....recharge.....reset
Embrace Autumn with a day of mindful activities designed to help boost your wellbeing and allow you to have a much needed mindful pause. This time of year is when the energy shifts into a different pace; as the sun's power is reducing and we need to think about slowing down for the season. This mini retreat creates the space to reflect on your experiences of summer and to consider what you want for yourself over the coming months so you can set yourself up for success - whatever that looks like for you.
The event includes:
- Information on the meaning, traditions and symbolism of the Autumn Equinox (Mabon)
- Mindful meditation - a chance to slow down and come back to yourself
- Journaling practice - seasonal prompts for reflection
- Simple somatic movement to improve mind-body connection
- A nutritious and delicious lunch (vegetarian) made by a professional chef
- A guided nature connection walk - to help you come into the present moment, ground yourself and absorb nature's wisdom
- Creating a vision board - assemble your intentions for the season ahead
- Herbal tea and a sweet treat
You'll be provided with all the equipment for the vision board making. Please bring: comfortable clothes suitable for the weather, shoes/boots suitable for a walk in nature, a journal and pen.
Our venue is the lovely Promise Co in Worsley. We'll be in the beautiful barn which is comfortable and cosy. We'll be taking our nature connection walk on the land nearby.
No experience is necessary for any of the activities and all ages/genders/walks of life are welcome :)
