Are you affected by Arrhythmogenic Cardiomyopathy (ACM)? Come along and meet the community with Cardiomyopathy UK specialist nurse Jayne.

Hosted by Cardiomyopathy UK specialist nurse Jayne Partridge, this session is for anyone affected by ARVC (including those with ALVC and ACM), as well as loved ones, family, friends and carers are welcome.Nurse Jayne will host a session focused on ARVC. This is followed by a general discussion and is a great opportunity to meet the community.Please note this meeting is not suitable for healthcare professionals or individuals seeking information about patient perspectives in regards to being affected by ARVC, please contact Cardiomyopathy UK separately in this instance (<a href="mailto:contact@cardiomyopathy.org" title="mailto:contact@cardiomyopathy.org" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">contact@cardiomyopathy.org</a>), and we will be happy to helpYou can join the session from your computer, tablet, smartphone or by phone. All sessions are free of charge but you will need to book to secure your place.The session will take place online - a link and password will be sent to you via email either the day before or on the day of the event.
