What do i need to bring?

You and a blanket/throw for your comfort. When we purposely switch our thinking to calm states, the body temperature can drop.

Why is this a free workshop?

This is a community collaboration with Wonderful World of Wellbeing and Runnymede-Spelthorne Wellness Community. Together we believe that a happy mind leads to a happy life.  Supporting our community and beyond.

What if I arrive late?

That's ok, your chair will be waiting. Simply, just join the space quietly and settle into the workshop.

Can I bring a friend or two?

Absolutely!  Invite others, all we ask is that they register for this FREE event. Send them the link. We look forward to welcoming you and your friends/colleagues.

Where can I park?

There is free on-street parking, yet do take note of the signs around the area you park in. No one wants to be caught out.

Should I bring a notepad and pen?

We've got you covered.... Each guest will receive a notepad and pen for those who want to make a note or two - although this is an experience.

Can I ask questions?

Of course, time is allocated to answer all your burning questions. Feel free to jot them down beforehand, and bring them with you.

What if I have a question about this event before the date?

This happens, and it's normal. Please email any questions together with your full name to: wwowellbeing@gmail.com   Diane will endeavour to answer within 24 hours. If you want a call back, add your best contact number.

Are refreshments available?

Yes, Tea and Coffee are available, yet do bring a bottle of water, since the exercises can bring on a thirst.
