FSA Suffolk Summer Networking and Sharing Event
Saturday 6 June · 2–5pm
With the option to stay for an overnight camp
Join us for the termly get-together of Suffolk Forest School practitioners – a relaxed and welcoming opportunity to connect, share ideas and strengthen our local network.
This summer gathering will take place outdoors in the woods and will focus on Summer Arts and Crafts. Expect an informal networking and sharing session where we can explore seasonal inspiration, creative activities and practical resources together.
If you have a favourite summer craft, creative activity or resource that you are happy to share, please do bring it along. This is a collaborative session and a chance to learn from one another’s experience and creativity.
Who is it for?
Forest School leaders, practitioners, trainees and anyone working in woodland education across Suffolk. Whether you are newly qualified or highly experienced, you are very welcome.

Free for FSA Suffolk members
£10 for non-members
Both have the option to add camping for £12 per pitch

Optional Overnight Camp
You are warmly invited to stay on for a simple and sociable overnight camp.
The plan is to order a fish and chip supper and spend the evening around the campfire, with plenty of time for conversation and connection. By special agreement we will have access to the on-site toilet, washroom and shower facilities.
The following day, the Needham Market Raft Race will be taking place. You are welcome to linger on site, enjoy woodland walks or go fishing (additional fee applies), or head into town to watch the raft race.
More detailed information about what to bring for camping will be shared with those booking to stay overnight.
We look forward to gathering together in the woods for an afternoon of creativity, conversation and community.
