I showed up, supported others, stayed strong, and did what needed to be done. On the outside, everything looked fine. On the inside, I knew something needed to change.My work grew from that place. Come and experience the Vanta Breathwork Method, a form of conscious connected breathwork to fully release and rest and feel the best version of you going into Spring.This event is an immersive breathwork journey, including music, reiki, reiki drum and essential oils, expect emotional release, profound breakthroughs, deep relaxation and connection.For your comfort, please bring, a blanket, cushion and water.Please be aware of contraindications below, if you have any questions please contact WalkTall Wellness.Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for people with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, use of a pace-maker, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery.Breathwork is also not advised for persons with mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications.
