Hey St Paul's Students! Join us this Summer 2026 at The Zen Den for a chill and relaxing time to unwind and de-stress together.

The Zen Den - St Paul's Students only

Welcome to The Zen Den event exclusively for students in Keystage 2 at St Paul's Catholic Primary School! Join us for a term of relaxation, rejuvenation, connection and fun.

The Zen Den is ran by Katie, founder of Mindful Brain. Katie is a qualified primary teacher, former Headteacher, mindfulness and yoga teacher for children and NLP coach.

Take a break and reset your mind at Zen Den!

Here’s the kind of thing you can expect:

🧠 Brain Boost – Learn about the parts of the brain that are involved with emotions and self-regulation.

🧘 Relax & Recharge – Simple breathing exercises & games to help you feel calm and focused.

🎨 Creative & Crafty Activities – opportunitites to experience a flow state during creative activities

💬 Positive Chats – A chance to share good news, reflect on the day, or just listen.

🎶 Chill-Out Music – A quiet space with relaxing music to help you switch off.

😊 Confidence Boost – Activities to build self-belief and a positive mindset.

🌸 Quiet Space – Time to pause, breathe, and take a break from the busy day.

NOTE: there is no session on 19th May or during half term 25th May 2026

FULL TERM: £117.60

When purchasing the ticket, please input £117.60 THE TICKET HAS BEEN LISTED AS A DONATION PRICE TO REDUCE TICKET FEES. ANY AMOUNT BELOW £117.60 WILL BE REFUNDED AND A PLACE WILL NOT BE BOOKED.
