A gentle online space for anyone who would like to pause and expereince a calm moment from everyday stress. A chance to feel a little calmer and grounded.
These monthly drop-in sessions are relaxed, supportive and suitable for beginners.
You don't need any experience of mindfulness and there is no pressure to speak or share, just be with us and follow a fully the guided mindfulness session.
These sessions are for people who
- Feel stressed or anxious
- want simple, practical mindfulness
- would like a calm space once a month
- don't want anything too intense or demanding
Join us on the last Monday of each month, just drop-in when it is convenient for you.
