Are you affected by Cardiac Amyloidosis (ATTR-CM)? Come along and meet the community with Cardiomyopathy UK specialist nurse Jayne.

Hosted by Cardiomyopathy UK Support Nurse Jayne Partridge, and co-facilitated by Cardiomyopathy UK and Amyloidosis UK, this session is for anyone affected by Cardiac Amyloidosis (ATTR-CM).This month our guest speaker: Smitha John Fernandes, Amyloidosis Clinical Nurse Specialist, will be speaking about an aspect of living with cardiac amyloidosis (exact title tbc).Jayne will host a session focused on ATTR-CM, followed by a general discussion and an opportunity to meet with others affected by the condition.The session will take place using Teams - a link and password will be sent to you prior to the meeting date.Please note this meeting is not suitable for healthcare professionals seeking information about ATTR-CM.
