The first step is to become embodied and learn how to gently come home to the safety within.This is a very structured workshop designed for you to experience the healing effects of releasing anger and aggression, transforming it, like alchemy, from lead into gold. It can be an incredibly vulnerable experience to allow our internal feelings to be witnessed and released, so expect to release emotions, to cry, to scream, perhaps.We’ll be tapping into my Bioenergetic Alchemy® toolkit, which is rooted in humanistic embodiment practices. Offering you a powerful container to access and release pent-up feelings, claim your boundaries, and step into your power. We know the idea that anger isn’t acceptable in our culture, and for good reason, it hasn’t been allowed to be expressed in healthy and safe ways. But holding onto and suppressing anger and aggression can be equally harmful! We need to learn to express our natural emotions in a healthy way &amp; in safe spaces.We have designed this workshop to be as accessible as possible for those who are ready to dive in wholeheartedly, and ACTIVATE THEIR ROAR!Strictly no latecomers! - Sorry, please arrive on time!
