Overview

Spring/Summer Bedtime Retreat Series ~ an evening a month for yourself with yin yoga, journalling prompts and the grounding of guided rest

6 month pass: take an evening to yourself each month, on the Spring/Summer bedtime retreat series at Empower Health Club, from April through to September


After our Sustain sessions which covered care across the colder, darker stretch of the autumn and winter, we now switch gear to meet the different needs of these brighter, busier spring and summer months,


Make space for yourself each month, away from the usual demands and responsibilities, with the deep stretch and release of yin practice, breath work, and journalling prompts, themed for the different tone and tasks of each month, followed by guided rest.


No prior experience of yoga or other practices required and you'll land into the studio at Empower set up with the kit you'll need, including things like weighted blankets, acupressure mats, lavender eye pillows and more (you can even come in your PJs!)


Carve out an evening to yourself each month, with a mini-retreat for your body and head, leaving you ready to float home and into bed

Bedtime retreats are every 1st Thursday, 8-9:30pm

£120 for monthly TLC through your spring and summer, 6 sessions from April-Sept

All at the studio at Empower Health Club, 50 Cornagrade Road, Enniskillen, BT74 6DX


Limited drop-in spaces will be bookable each month - usually limited to 1-2 spaces at £25
