What style of breathwork will we be doing?

We will use Connected Conscious Breathing combined with Hypno-Breathing techniques to guide you through a deep, transformative experience.

I’m really interested, but I feel nervous or resistant.

Accepted Answer

That’s completely normal.
Resistance often appears just before something powerful.
If you feel the call despite the nerves, trust it, you're exactly where you need to be.

Question 4

Do I need prior experience to participate?

Accepted Answer

Not at all.
This space is open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. All levels are welcome.

Question 5

Can I come if I’m pregnant?

Accepted Answer

Pregnancy in the first trimester is a contraindication for this kind of breathwork. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns.

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event.
Within 7 days of the event or for no-shows, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable due to the nature of the experience.

Can I leave the session early if I feel uncomfortable?

Yes. You’re in control at all times.
You may return to normal breathing or step outside if needed.
That said, we encourage you to stay with the process — our facilitators are there to support you.

Will there be any physical contact during the session?

Accepted Answer

This is a hands-off experience unless prior consent is given.
Support is primarily verbal and energetic.
If any physical adjustment is offered, it will be minimal and always with your permission.

Question 9

What should I bring to the session?

- Comfortable, warm clothing + thick socks 
- A water bottle
- A Notebook and a pen
- A blanket (we provide one, but you can bring an extra)
- Fruit, snack, or nuts for after the session
- Your own mat or pillow if preferred (we’ll provide some)
