Somatic Breathwork & Kundalini Energy Activation for Women
This women-only session combines guided somatic breathwork and a gentle Kundalini-based energy activation practice in a grounded
We begin with conscious pranayama breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system, increase oxygen flow and prepare the body. This supports grounding, emotional release and deeper body awareness.
The second part of the session is inspired by Kundalini Activation — a subtle yet powerful process where you remain lying down while music supports the experience. Through light touch and energetic facilitation, the body is invited to release tension and activate its natural life-force energy.
Nothing is forced. The experience unfolds according to your own capacity and readiness.
You may experience:
• deep relaxation
• tingling or subtle body sensations
• spontaneous gentle movement
• emotional release
• increased clarity or inner calm
No previous experience is required. Suitable for beginners.
The session closes with integration time to support grounding before you leave.
Spaces are intentionally limited to create an intimate and safe environment.
