Not at all, the whole workshop can be done from your chair.

Yes! We recommend using phone cameras for this workshop.

What happens if I can’t attend the whole workshop?

Although we recommend being present for the whole session, as the workshop builds on itself as you move through each practice, it's being recorded so everyone will be sent the link afterwards.
