This training session is designed for everyone involved in delivering the Greenhouse initiative within their Diocese. It is a required step for dioceses already participating in Greenhouse, but those exploring the possibility of joining are also warmly invited.

The session lasts 90 minutes and will cover:

• A comprehensive introduction to the Greenhouse programme
• An outline of the structure and the content of each session
• How coaching is woven into the process
• The responsibilities and expectations for each Diocese
• The support you can expect from the Greenhouse Team
• Information on accessing Seed Funding
• An overview of the wider Greenhouse Network
