Holding space: Inside social work Photography Exhibition
A photography exhibition capturing social work across Northern Ireland as part of the Social Care Council's 'Thank you' March Campaign.
As part of Northern Ireland Social Care Council’s annual ‘Thank You’ campaign recognising the value of social work, a brand-new photography exhibition has been curated by the Social Care Council, on behalf of the Department of Health, to showcase real social workers in Northern Ireland in the spaces where they support people across the health and social care, justice, education and community and voluntary sectors.
The ‘Holding space: Inside social work’ exhibition is a free event, open to everyone. It captures images highlighting the rich diversity of social work practice, journeying alongside people of every age, in the places and moments where support can help to transform lives.
Please note, this is a free and open exhibition - no tickets are necessary for entry.
It will travel across Northern Ireland, starting at the North West Regional College from the 4th to the 12th March, then heading to the South West College Dungannon (18 March – 27 March) and after Easter ending at Belfast Metropolitan College (13 April – 24 April).
