We organise activities throughout the year offering members the opportunity to meet in an informal setting. Our Talks are held at Normansfield Theatre in Teddington; an impressive and relaxed venue in which we learn about such things as local history, the natural world, and insights into The Royal Parks and Historic Royal Palaces. Our guided walks around the parks are unique opportunities to learn more about the management of these extraordinary wild spaces, and to access areas usually denied to the public. T

Hampton Court Golf Club

The Friends of Bushy and Home Parks are running a series of introductory walks which are open to everyone who's eager to know more about the unique aspects of Home Park's nature and history.The walk will be over grass and will be around 2 miles in length, taking around 2 hours. It will start at from the front the Hampton Court Golf Club House. The Golf Club is accessed from Kingston Gate of Home Park, which is near to Kingston Bridge on Hampton Court Road. It is a 5 min drive or a 25 minute walk from the entrance to the park. There is plenty of parking at the club for customers so please take the opportunity to have a coffee or some food in the club house or terrace, before or after the walk.You do not need to bring your ticket however please register 10 mins beforethe start of the walk. The walk is free, with a suggested donation of £5. All proceeds go to projects in the Park to help improve and maintain it's beauty.
