Each session includes guidance, music and space to integrate the experience. You do not need any previous experience with breathwork.
What to expect
- A short introduction to prepare you for the session
- A guided meditation to relax the body and slow the mind
- A guided breathwork to music that supports your journey
- Time to integrate afterwards
- Each session lasts around 45 minutes
What you will need
- A quiet space where you will not be disturbed
- A place to sit or lie comfortably
- Headphones if you have them
- A blanket and eye mask if available
- Drinking water
