Join if you are you feeling stuck, if you are unsure about how to develop your ideas, or if you are unsure how to commit to your interests!

Join me for a two-hour, hands-on workshop designed for anyone who feels stuck, restless, or unsure where to begin with their creative ideas.

But what are creative ideas? We all have them. They might show up as a big, ambitious pull, like writing a book or redesigning your entire home, or as something smaller and quieter, such as learning to garden or play the piano. In this workshop, you’ll reconnect with what you genuinely love doing, what sparks your curiosity, and how to take practical steps to bring more of that into your everyday life.

This is a highly interactive workshop. You’ll think, experiment, and reflect, while also hearing and learning from others’ experiences. Together, we’ll explore simple practices that quiet self-doubt, make space for curiosity, and help you reconnect with the part of you that actually wants to create. You’ll complete guided activities during the session and leave with tools and frameworks you can continue using independently.

Drawing on empirically based methodologies and personal experience, the workshop explores the following PRINCIPLES:

  1. No, no, no, no
  2. Focus on input
  3. What is not going away?
  4. Copy, copy, copy & then bring it all together
  5. Speed and frequency of innovation
  6. The teacher within you
  7. Creating thinking systems for success

You’ll leave with fresh ideas, a clearer sense of direction, and a practical set of tools you can return to, whether creativity is a hobby, a passion you’re rediscovering, or part of a bigger life shift.
