For women across the globe wanting to make time for health improvements, self-care, empowerment and healing.

A 4-week virtual programme dedicated towards women's health improvements who have or are concerned about having fibroids. The course will explore:--Understanding the signs and symptoms-Detoxification using natural approaches-Mind over matter - Stress elimination and toxic overload-Creating a nurturing womb-space-Fibroids and high grade essential oils-Energy work and cultivating creative flow-Action planning and choices This Womb-an 4-week programme offers a safe and confidential platform for women to meet (in the comfort of your homes) to learn, be informed and empowered as to what contributes to fibroid growth and acceleration, what lifestyle choices and dietary factors impact on womb-wellness, what strategies you can incorporate into your life to reduce fibroid symptoms, and what are the range of holistic approaches towards getting our health back into balance, and towards fibroid elimination.The sessions will be facilitated by a qualified Holistic Health Practitioner, Therapist and Fiboid Consultant and you will have the opportunity to work through your own personal journey around womb-health, ask questions privately or in the group and to grow through sister-support throughout the journey and beyond.
