CELEBRATING MINDFULNESS IN WALES:showcasing, inspiring, connecting, sharing
Join us to enjoy a day of nurturing mindful communities through networking, workshops and uplifting speakers
CELEBRATING MINDFULNESS IN WALES
Mindfulness is thriving in Wales and we're delighted to present our collection of examples of ways in which mindfulness is nurturing mindful communities across the country.
Join us for this day of celebration of mindfulness where we can learn from each other, renew and refresh connections and make new ones to enable us to share mindfulness even more widely to help Wales become a more compassionate, kinder, fairer society.
We'll create lots of opportunities for us to enjoy each other's company as well as practise together and be inspired by speakers. We'll also explore mindfulness in a range of contexts through light-hearted workshop sessions.
Llanhilleth Miners' Institute NP13 2JT is next door to the train station with direct trains from Newport and Cardiff. It's just off the A467 and easily reached from the M4, A470 or A465.
Join us at 9.30am for coffee and we'll finish at 4pm. Lunch and teas/coffees are included.
The standard price is £65, with the option of a sponsor's ticket at £85 to support others on low income. We're keen to be as inclusive as possible so there will be a limited number of tickets at a supported rate of £45 for those on low income. We welcome donations to Mindfulness Wales too.
There is space for a small number of tables to display aspects of mindfulness so please contact us if you're interested info@mindfulness-wales.org
If you need accommodation, there are hotels close the the stations at Newport and Cardiff, and a Premier Inn near Ebbw Vale station, the next stop after Llanhilleth.
