This interactive workshop introduces simple and accessible ways of looking more closely at film, using the 5Ws — Who, What, When, Where and Why. Through screenings, discussions and shared reflections, we will explore how films communicate meaning through visual communication techniques and processes.
The session includes a viewing of an archival film and three films from the Stories in Motion programme, themed around lifelong learning, health and wellbeing, and heritage.
Open to anyone with an interest in film, this workshop is designed to build confidence in discussing film, regardless of prior experience.
