I've booked but can't attend anymore. What should I do?

No worries! If you've booked for this session then find you're unable to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel your booking through Eventbrite, and please let us know by email.

What access support will be available at this session?

Accepted Answer

Please let us know any access requirements and request live captions and/or BSL interpreters. We will do our best to fulfil requests made between 14 days and 5 working days before the session date, unfortunately, we are unable to process access requests made with less than 5 working days notice.
