My journey began in Nepal, where I trained and discovered the profound, transformative power of vibrational medicine.At Art of Love, we invite you to experience the magic of sound through our regular sound baths and special events in Staffordshire and Cheshire.Join us for a deep healing and relaxation session featuring ancient, sacred instruments. Let the therapeutic vibrations of gongs, quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and other healing tools wash over you. These instruments have been used for thousands of years to promote physical and emotional healing.Lie back, relax, and let the soothing vibrations flow through your body and energy field. The experience will guide you into a meditative, dream-like state where your body can tap into its natural healing abilities.Each sound bath is a unique journey, as our bodies, minds, and spirits carry the energetic imprints of our life experiences. We are delighted to be partnering with the DoubleTree by Hilton to bring you a deeply restorative sound bath experience in this beautiful and prestigious setting.Join us for an evening of profound relaxation and healing, guided by the ancient resonance of sacred instruments. You will be immersed in the soothing vibrations of gongs, quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, rain stick, and native flute. These instruments have been used for thousands of years to support deep physical, emotional, and energetic healing.All you need to do is lie back comfortably and allow the sound waves to gently wash over your body and energy field. As the nervous system softens, you may enter a deeply meditative, dream-like state, a space where the body naturally shifts into rest, repair, and self-healing.Our bodies, minds, and spirits carry the energetic imprints of our life experiences, so each sound journey is unique. You may notice physical sensations, emotional releases, imagery, or a profound sense of calm ,there is no right or wrong way to experience a sound bath.Sound baths can be deeply powerful and transformative, as sound reaches every cell of the body, supporting balance, release, and inner harmony.Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a mat, pillow, and blanket for extra comfort.
