Do you ever feel tired but wired, overwhelmed, foggy, lacking focus and concentration, or stuck in cycles of stress and low energy?

When life gets busy, our nutrition, sleep and habits are often the first things to fall out of balance impacting our nervous system and brain health.

Over time this can show up as anxiety, irritability, poor sleep, fatigue, brain fog, cravings, digestive issues and excess belly fat. With a general sense that you’re not quite feeling like yourself impacting your relationships, motivation and sense of wellbeing.


Nourish & Reset is a gentle yet effective 4-week online programme (starting 10th June for 4 consecutive weeks) designed to help you rebalance your body and mind through the powerful combination of nutrition, breathwork, and nervous system support — without deprivation or overwhelm. So you feel calmer, clearer, more energised, and have more control over your habits.

Led by two experienced practitioners — brain health nutritionist, Kirsten Brooks, and breathwork & holistic life coach, Kathleen Robinson. This programme will guide you step-by-step through simple, practical changes that support your energy, focus, mood, and sleep in a supportive community environment.


Together, we’ll explore how small, sustainable shifts in how you eat, breathe, and regulate stress can create meaningful change in how you feel day-to-day.



What We’ll Explore Together


Over four weeks we will guide you through practical tools and insights including:

• Balancing blood sugar for stable energy and fewer cravings
• Supporting brain and gut health through simple nutrition shifts
• Breathwork practices to regulate the nervous system and reduce stress
• Understanding cortisol and how stress affects the body
• Emotional eating, habits, and how to work with them compassionately
• Creating sustainable routines that actually fit your life

Each session includes practical guidance, simple weekly practices, and optional space for reflection so you can integrate what you learn into your daily life.



This Programme Is For You


• If you feel fatigued, overwhelmed, or mentally foggy
• Want to improve your sleep, energy, reduce cravings and belly fat
• Notice stress impacting your eating habits or daily routines
• Want to feel calmer and more in control of your wellbeing
• Are looking for realistic, sustainable ways to support your nervous system, gut and brain health and overall wellbeing

This programme may also be helpful during perimenopause and menopause, when changes in hormones can affect sleep, mood, energy, and stress resilience. As well as those living with ADHD or experiencing challenges with focus, energy regulation, and overwhelm.

No prior experience with either breathwork or nutritional programmes is needed.



How The Programme Works


Starting 10th June for 4 consecutive weeks.

• 4 live weekly online sessions on Wednesdays at 1pm-2pm (via Zoom)
• These are 60 minutes of guided teaching and practical tools
• Optional additional 15-minutes (2-2:15pm) open space at the end for questions and reflections
• Recordings available if you can’t attend the live sessions.

You’ll also receive supportive resources and simple weekly practices to help you embed what you learn between sessions.

Starting 10th June for 4 consecutive weeks.

Meet Your Hosts


Kirsten — Brain Health Nutritionist

Kirsten Brooks BSc (Hons) DN Med (Dist) mBANT CNHC

Kirsten Brooks is a registered nutritionist with over 20 years of experience, who is widely known as the “Brain Health Nutritionist” for her expertise in brain & gut health, stress & mental wellbeing, hormonal balance, weight management & emotional eating. Her work is also informed by her own health journey.

Kirsten takes an evidence-based, personalised approach, helping clients achieve lasting transformation by addressing the root causes of health issues rather than just symptoms. Through tailored nutrition and lifestyle strategies, she helps improve resilience, cognition and mental health, enhances wellbeing, and reduces inflammation and other imbalances associated with chronic stress and chronic illness. Kirsten also places strong emphasis on gut health, recognising the critical role of the gut–brain connection in both physical and mental health.

She holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Nutritional Medicine (2006) and is a registered member of the British Association for Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine (BANT). Alongside her private practice, Kirsten spent five years as the nutritionist for a supplement company and gives talks to corporate organisations.

Now 51, she is thriving through perimenopause despite a long history of PMDD (a severe form of PMS) and ADHD and also helps many clients navigate these conditions.

Kathleen — Breathwork & Holistic Life Coach

Kathleen Robinson — Breathwork & Holistic Life Coach
Helping people regulate their nervous system, reduce overwhelm, and reconnect with themselves through breathwork and coaching.


Kathleen is a compassionate, trauma-aware Breathwork Coach (YogaBody / Oxygen Advantage) and Holistic Life & Mindset Coach (TCA), with a degree in Psychology from the Open University. She is the founder of Breathe & Become, a coaching practice and wellbeing space dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves through breath, awareness, and nervous system regulation.

Drawing on her understanding of the mind–body connection, Kathleen combines breathwork, coaching, meditation, and other embodied practices to help individuals move from overwhelm to greater clarity, calm, and alignment. Her approach supports clients in regulating their nervous system while creating meaningful, sustainable change in both their personal and professional lives.

Kathleen works with individuals, corporate teams, and wellness communities through private coaching, workshops, masterclasses, and immersive experiences. Her work can enhance retreats, team days, and wellbeing events, creating powerful spaces for reflection, connection, and growth.

Through community spaces, group experiences, and coaching, Kathleen supports people in becoming more present, intentional, and confident in the way they live, work, and show up in the world.
