Helen is Co-Founder and COO of LegalEdge, providing fractional in-house lawyers for scaling companies, which she has built together with CEO Donna over the past 17 years. Before founding LegalEdge, Helen was Head of Legal at a number of tech and media businesses after starting her career as an M&A and private equity lawyer at a large international law firm – she still describes herself as a ‘recovering' corporate lawyer.

Helen is passionate about simplifying legal for growing companies and helping them scale faster with pragmatic, commercially focused advice. She works closely with startups and scaleups to build lean, practical legal frameworks that reduce risk without slowing businesses down. She is also a champion of flexible working and mentors founders and in-house lawyers navigating high-growth environments

About Sarah Anderson
Sarah has been working with private company owners to set up employee share plan and employee ownership trust arrangements for more than 30 years. Her focus is on guiding and supporting businesses through the establishment and ongoing life of their employee ownership arrangements

Sarah has worked with several of the leading share plans practitioners, including a period with the Office of Tax simplification when she advised on policy relating to the simplification of tax legislation governing share plans, producing reports and final recommendations, and is a regular speaker at sector events.
