Does my baby need to be aged 4-18 months to attend?

No - the purpose of this workshop is to educate you on what to expect from a little one's sleep between these ages, so it doesn't matter if they are a little younger or older.

Question 2

My baby sleeps well. Do I really need this workshop?

Accepted Answer

If things are going well then there's no need to change anything! However, in our experience as sleep experts, we know that baby's sleep needs change frequently, so it always helps to be aware of what can change as they grow and how to help them adjust.

Question 3

Will you cover the 4 month sleep regression?

Accepted Answer

Yes! This is a key part of understanding your little one's sleep  as they get older and will be discussed.

Question 4

I don't have childcare. Will this be a problem?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not. Feel free to bring your little one along. You can keep your mic/camera switched off - whatever works for you!

Will the session be recorded?

Accepted Answer

It won't be recorded however I will send out an information sheet to summarise the topics covered for you to refer back to anytime.

Can a friend join me if they haven't bought a ticket?

Each ticket purchased admits one household/one set of parents or caregivers to the workshop. Tickets may not be shared, transferred, or used by multiple families or households. Please respect this policy so that all attendees receive fair access and the workshop remains a sustainable offering.
