<p>This 90‑minute session from Epilepsy Action will give you practical guidance on how to support people within your charity who are living with epilepsy. You’ll learn more about the condition, how it can affect day‑to‑day life, and the steps you can take to create a safe and supportive environment.</p><p>The session will cover common seizure types, triggers to be aware of, and what to do in an emergency. You’ll also explore ways to communicate confidently, make reasonable adjustments, and strengthen your understanding of best practice when working alongside people with epilepsy.</p>
