The Unity Professional Training School was founded by Sevanti in 2002 and offers comprehensive, certified professional training diploma programmes in Yoga Teacher Training, Holistic Massage and more, and offers the only Partner Yoga Teacher Training Diploma in the U.K.C﻿ourses are based at The Unity Centre in Lewes, East Sussex, a beautiful space dedicated to yoga, dance, bodywork and healing. The studio is designed to offer something for the whole community.

Interested in learning massage? Whether your interest is in-depth training as a fully certified professional massage therapist or a short course or workshop to give you skills to practise on your friends and family, we have something for you.

<h3>This double workshop is open to all and will run at The Unity Centre, Lewes, 11am – 1pm.</h3><h4>11 am – 12 noon<br>An introduction to Unity Partner Yoga Immersive Training</h4><p>The first hour introduces Unity Partner Yoga™ and gives a taster of Unity Partner Yoga Immersive Training. You'll gain a practical understanding of how to join and guide Partner Yoga classes ... and preview the Unity Partner Yoga Immersive Training course, a 6-day deep dive that will run over two long weekends starting 7 May 2026.</p><p><a href="https://being-in-unity.com/training/unity-partner-yoga-immersive-training/" title="https://being-in-unity.com/training/unity-partner-yoga-immersive-training/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">For more details of the full course, click here</a></p><h4>12 noon –1 pm<br>An introduction to Practising Holistic Massage</h4><p>The second hour offers you an introduction to holistic massage practice, where you can explore techniques to practise straight away on friends and family and, if you're interested, discover how to embark on a new career as a massage practitioner.</p><p><a href="https://being-in-unity.com/training/holistic-massage-intro/" title="https://being-in-unity.com/training/holistic-massage-intro/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">For more details of this introductory session, click here</a></p><p>This hour also serves as a taster for our Holistic Massage Diploma, an in-depth fully accredited course to train you as a massage therapist, that starts on 23 April 2026 and runs over 20 months. And you can come for both, or just stay for one! The choice is yours.</p><h3>What's the cost</h3><p>The full two-hour workshop costs £20. Both sesssions are led by the highly respected teacher and Unity founder, Sevanti, and there is a lot of synergy between the two, so we highly recommend the complete workshop.</p><p>But if you prefer to come for only one hour, the cost is £10.</p><p><em><em>Your payment is fully recouped if you sign up to either main course as you will receive a discount on the course fees!</em></em></p><h4>Plus...</h4><p>Participants are also welcome to join Sevanti’s <strong><strong>Friday morning Unity Yoga class</strong></strong> , 9-10.30am, at a discounted cost of £12.60 (usually £14).</p><p><strong><strong>Any questions?
