This is a full-day experience. Exact timings will be shared closer to the event, but please plan to attend for the full day to get the most value.

What food & refreshments are included?

Food and refreshments will be provided during the break and lunch periods. We are going to leave this a surprise! Please do complete your dietary requirements when purchasing your ticket(s).

Absolutely, there will be dedicated breaks and informal moments throughout the day to connect with speakers, partners and other audience members.

Will the event be recorded or photographed?

Yes, this is a TEDx event, so talks will be recorded and photography/videography will take place throughout the day which will be posted on our social media channel

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

Refunds can be issued upto 14 days before the event. Any platform or booking fees incurred unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Yes, paid parking is available. However, please ensure you get there as early as possible to  ensure you can secure a spot as there will be other events happening at the midlands art centre that day.
